Lieutenant Colonel Theresa Baginski

Colonel Theresa Baginski is currently assigned to the 98th Division (Institutional Training) headquartered in Rochester, NY. Colonel Baginski previously commanded 1st Battalion, 390th Regiment (Engineers, One Station Unit Training) of the 98th Division, and deployed to Iraq where she served as the senior advisor on a Military Transition Team to an Iraqi Motorized Transportation Regiment.
