Mr. Gerald McLoughlin

Gerald McLoughlin is a retired U.S. Foreign Service Officer with extensive service in Sub-Saharan Africa, most notably Cameroon, Mozambique, and Nigeria. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College, Hunter College (CUNY), and Southern Connecticut State College.
