    Dr. Antulio J. Echevarria II

    Dr. Jacob Stoil
    Mitvim

    Dr. R. Evan Ellis
    The Diplomat

  4. A Human-Centric Framework: Employment Principles for Lethal Autonomous Weapons
    MAJ Brennan Deveraux
    Army War College Press
This monograph challenges the Department of War to reframe the conversation on human involvement in lethal autonomous weapons systems by codifying a framework built on the employment pillars of certification, authority, restriction, and accountability.

  5. Preparing for PRC Military Actions in Latin America in the Context of a War in the Indopacific
    Dr. R. Evan Ellis
    Modern Warfare Institute
This chapter examines possible PRC strategic actions in Latin America in the context of a war in the Indo-Pacific.

  6. Hamas’s Strategies for Surviving the Ceasefire
    Dr. Jacob Stoil
    Times of Israel
The peace plan was written to ensure Hamas will lose its power and disarm. Yet, Hamas would not have agreed to the plan if it didn’t think it could survive. This article presents the strategies Hamas will employ to survive the ceasefire and return to a position of military power.
